Leadership
Elders
- Terms (πρεσβύτερος, ποιμήν, ἐπίσκοπος,)
- Elders are the officers in general charge of overseeing a congregation
- Responsible for studying and teaching the Scriptures and prayer
- Help settle disputes in the church (Acts 15:1–6)
- Authority structure over the church
- They are men who have the spiritual maturity and character qualifications in Scripture (Titus 1:5–9, 1 Tim. 3:1–7, 1 Peter 5:1–4)

Deacons
- One who serves (διάκονος)
- Spotting and meeting tangible needs (Acts 6)
- Protecting and promoting church unity (Acts 6)
- Serving and supporting the ministry of the Elders
- They are men who have the spiritual maturity and character qualifications in Scripture (1 Timothy 3:8–13)
